If an order includes custom printing, branding, logo application, engraving, data services, or other customization, the customer is responsible for providing accurate artwork, logos, files, text, spelling, colors, and instructions.
By submitting artwork, logos, designs, trademarks, names, or other materials to us, you represent that you have the legal right and authorization to use those materials and to have them printed, reproduced, or applied to the purchased products.
We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork, files, logos, spelling, layout, or instructions once approved or submitted for production.
We reserve the right to refuse any artwork, file, logo, design, or customization request that we believe may be unlawful, infringing, offensive, inappropriate, misleading, or otherwise unsuitable for production.
SECTION 7 - ORDER REVIEW, REFUSAL, AND CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This may include orders that appear to be fraudulent, unauthorized, inaccurate, suspicious, placed by resellers or distributors, affected by pricing errors, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled.
If we cancel or modify an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at the time of purchase.
We may require additional verification before processing certain orders, including identity verification, payment verification, address verification, or confirmation of authorization to use submitted artwork or logos.
SECTION 8 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and contact information for all orders placed through our website.
You agree to promptly update your information if needed so that we can process your order, contact you about your purchase, and complete your transaction.
We are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, lost shipments, returned packages, or order issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer-provided information.

Orders must be paid in full using an accepted payment method unless otherwise approved in writing by USB Memory Direct.
Payment authorization does not guarantee order acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order even after payment has been submitted if the order cannot be processed, appears suspicious, contains errors, or violates these Terms.

SECTION 10 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping options, costs, and estimated transit times may vary based on the product, destination, carrier, and selected shipping method.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, or other events outside of our control.
Risk of loss may transfer to the customer once the order is provided to the carrier for shipment, except where otherwise required by law.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
SECTION 11 - RETURNS AND FINAL SALE ITEMS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order being delivered and received by the customer.
The customer is responsible for the original shipping cost, as well as the return shipping cost back to us.
No restocking fee will be charged for eligible returns made within the 30-day return period.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for all import fees, duties, and taxes. International orders returned to us due to unpaid duties, taxes, or import charges will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
